Bahay Ni Kan (KAn’s House)

Located in Manila Bay, Philippines, our project Bahay ni Kan (Kan’s House), celebrates the Filipino value of community spirit: bayanihan. It aims to connect people together by showcasing the beauty of our oceans and advocating ways to keep our oceans plastic-free.

The installation hosts several eco-friendly activities throughout the day. Illustrating and developing the sunset and night experiences were my core responsibilities on the team.

Bahay Ni Kan was a collaboration between four teammates from SCAD and awarded as a Semifinalist for Walt Disney Imagineering’s Imaginations Design Competition 2020.
